Archbishop Thomas Tenison founded the school named after him in 1685. Little would he have realised that more than 300 hundred years later the school is still educating boys from London and more importantly as far as this web site is concerned there is a flourishing former pupils association with members ranging in age from 19 to 90.
This web site has been set up to provide information for everyone who has an interest in Archbishop Tenisons School and the Old Boys’ Association, be they former pupils, staff members, parents or just friends.
The OTA exists to bring together the wide range of people with a common interest and provides sporting opportunities based on the sports ground at Motspur Park.
This web site is designed to provide an overview of the Association and aims to spread the word, to permit more people to join the OTA and renew old friendships. Why not contact the committee and see if any of your friends from school are members or are known to members. Who knows who you can make contact with. You might even want to know where your old teachers are, yes we are still in contact, and they appear quite normal!!
If you are so inclined come along and join the football or cricket sections, more later...
It is with great sadness to announce that Alan Baker passed away on the 31st December
